一、機(jī)房環(huán)境檢查

1、 機(jī)房內(nèi)與電梯無關(guān)的雜物，特別是易燃、易爆物。使用過的廢油、棉紗、抹布要妥善保管。

2、 機(jī)房地面要保持無塵。

檢查機(jī)房內(nèi)粘貼的標(biāo)識，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有脫落、模糊的應(yīng)及時更換。

一、例行檢查1、 在進(jìn)行機(jī)房電源保養(yǎng)前，需要注意防觸電保護(hù)措施。

二、例行保養(yǎng)1、 切斷電源。（注意，當(dāng)電源切斷后，仍有可能在電源上端還帶電，或者因?yàn)榍袛嚯娫辞暗倪\(yùn)行，而使電源設(shè)備很熱） 2、 檢查電源、接頭、保險是否有過熱現(xiàn)象。 3、 使用吹風(fēng)機(jī)，對電源內(nèi)部進(jìn)行除塵處理。

4、 檢查接線端子是否松動，如果需要對其進(jìn)行緊固。緊固時檢查端子是否正確。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)圖中標(biāo)志錯誤X的例子，圖中箭頭所示螺絲必須要去掉，否則容易使該端子由于接觸電阻過大，而使電線及端子過熱。

5、 檢查保險表面、及保險接柱是否粗糙，如果粗糙，需要更換。 6、 取下所有保險，使用萬用表測量每個電阻，確保電阻值為0或者接近0，否則需要更換。
