A、井道位置和空間：井道位置空間決定電梯和開門尺寸。在樓梯中間安電梯，與樓梯結(jié)合是好方案。

D、轎廂平面布局和外形：為節(jié)省面積需合理布局，采用雙扇偏開自動門，對重側(cè)置的方案比較臺理。井道寬1200mm對應轎廂寬850mm開門寬度700mm。

F、驅(qū)動和控制系統(tǒng)：目前市場驅(qū)動方式：鏈輪驅(qū)動，液壓驅(qū)動，曳引驅(qū)動，無齒輪驅(qū)動，螺桿驅(qū)動。采用無齒輪驅(qū)動和鏈輪驅(qū)動。

2 液壓驅(qū)動：優(yōu)點：耗電低，底坑要求小，速度最高0.3m/s.運行過程無噪音.缺點：產(chǎn)品成本較高。對外界溫度有要求。而且必須選擇好的知名廠家，不然后期的維修保養(yǎng)費用會很高，需要小機房約1m3。

G、出人口的安全性：門故障占電梯故障的比例較大．一旦門前保護失效或失靈，后果嚴重，特別是不帶轎廂門的別墅梯應重點關(guān)注。

The safety of G and the exit population is larger than that of the gate failure. If the door fails to protect or fail, the consequences will be serious, especially the villa ladder without car door.

八、速度適宜：因家庭樓層不多不高，有老人和行動不便者使用。速度不易過快。2層0．25m／s，3層以上0.3~0.5m／s就可以了。
