貴陽(yáng)電梯維修公司調(diào)查到黔靈山公園地下通道電梯，經(jīng)常停

“偶爾早上開(kāi)一會(huì)，然后個(gè)把小時(shí)就關(guān)機(jī)啦。要坐上這個(gè)扶梯，絕對(duì)是要靠運(yùn)氣的。”連續(xù)三日，貴州都市報(bào)記者早上都守在黔靈山公園地下通道附近，結(jié)果觀察下來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn)，每天早上電梯都會(huì)運(yùn)行2個(gè)小時(shí)左右，而且每次運(yùn)行也只是6部扶梯中的2到3部而已。

“不開(kāi)就不開(kāi)咯嘛，反正到黔靈山也是去鍛煉的，爬這個(gè)樓梯就當(dāng)是提前熱身嘛，而且這個(gè)扶梯老年人和娃娃一不注意就要出問(wèn)題，不開(kāi)也是件好事情。”76歲的林江爺爺卻是很贊成不開(kāi)電梯，一是因?yàn)槔夏耆撕托『⒊俗菀壮鰡?wèn)題，二是大多數(shù)來(lái)黔靈山的老人都是為了鍛煉，爬爬樓梯也是運(yùn)動(dòng)。

“打開(kāi)電梯，就是責(zé)任，不僅每部電梯都要有保安看守，一旦出了問(wèn)題就是我們負(fù)責(zé)。所以不是不開(kāi)，人流量大的時(shí)候，我們每天都會(huì)開(kāi)2個(gè)小時(shí)服務(wù)市民。但說(shuō)實(shí)話，這個(gè)電梯開(kāi)，不僅是責(zé)任重大，還有很多問(wèn)題?！痹诘叵峦ǖ览铮浾哒业搅说叵峦ǖ赖墓芾矸健F陽(yáng)鼎筑物業(yè)管理有限公司的工作人員。說(shuō)起為什么不開(kāi)電梯，工作人員們也是滿腹苦水。

“這些電梯已經(jīng)有11年左右的年紀(jì)了，加上地下通道滲水嚴(yán)重，去年才增加了兩臺(tái)水泵抽水，電梯在這種環(huán)境中本就容易壞，加上有些市民不愛(ài)惜電梯，所以幾乎這6部電梯都是長(zhǎng)期處于有隱患的狀態(tài)?！闭f(shuō)著，宋先生就領(lǐng)著記者去水泵房以及電梯維修公司正在處理線路的工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，并且一路上都在吐著苦水，“摔跤了，就怪清潔工拖地太滑，喊賠1000塊?！薄半娞葑驳侥_，就要喊我們公司賠2000塊，你說(shuō)換成是你，敢開(kāi)不敢開(kāi)？”

“說(shuō)句實(shí)話，這個(gè)地下通道的地質(zhì)條件，本身就滲水嚴(yán)重，就不應(yīng)該安裝電梯，加上這樣子的人流量，不光是服務(wù)市民的問(wèn)題，還是責(zé)任重大的問(wèn)題，好多市民還罵我們是為了節(jié)省電費(fèi)，其實(shí)說(shuō)心里話，我們是真賠怕了。”宋先生苦笑著說(shuō)：“每天8點(diǎn)-10點(diǎn)，能開(kāi)的電梯我們還是開(kāi)的，但都時(shí)時(shí)刻刻喊保安守著，因?yàn)榉鎏菀贿\(yùn)行，就意味著責(zé)任。”
