4、在轎門(mén)上裝上吊軌，且要求裝上的兩塊門(mén)導(dǎo)軌是在一條直線(xiàn)上。在掛上轎門(mén)后必須做到：①門(mén)板與地坎距離為4mm,轎門(mén)與載客電梯轎廂前壁之間距離為4mm；②兩扇轎門(mén)上下必須在一個(gè)平面上。檢查方法就是用鋼直尺靠?jī)蓧K門(mén)板的上下端,看它是否平整；③門(mén)板的正面、側(cè)面必須垂直，這樣才能保證關(guān)閉中縫整齊，同時(shí)打開(kāi)之后，與轎廂前壁并齊。安裝完轎門(mén)后，可以手動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)門(mén)，整個(gè)開(kāi)關(guān)過(guò)程應(yīng)該輕松、平穩(wěn)。
